✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in caregiving, patient care, elderly care, or home care
- Gender Preference: Male and Female
- Language: Basic understanding of Odia & Hindi (preferred)
