Job Summary:
Rashmieet Farmers Producer Company Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive with strong domain expertise in food processing accounts. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tally and ERP systems, and must be capable of managing cost analysis, vendor reconciliation, audits, and bridging production with finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Costing Champion:
- Implement and maintain accurate costing systems.
- Perform cost audits and suggest cost optimization strategies.
- Track raw material and packaging material costs effectively.
- Implement and maintain accurate costing systems.
- Vendor & Procurement Reconciliation:
- Handle timely reconciliation of vendor payments and procurement records.
- Ensure accuracy in GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), invoices, and purchase orders.
- Handle timely reconciliation of vendor payments and procurement records.
- Batch-wise Profit Analysis:
- Maintain batch-wise financial records.
- Analyze profitability per batch and report on cost variances.
- Maintain batch-wise financial records.
- ERP & Tally Expert:
- Enter and manage accounting transactions in ERP and Tally software.
- Ensure accurate journal entries, ledger management, and financial reports.

- Audit-Ready Always:
- Maintain documentation and records for internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable tax regulations.

- Bridge Between Production & Finance:
- Coordinate with the production team for material costing and expense tracking.
- Translate production data into financial insights.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Commerce
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and Excel
- Ability to analyze cost structures and profitability
- Experience in vendor and procurement accounting
- Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience in audit preparation and compliance
