Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end execution of solar power projects—from planning and design to installation, commissioning, and handover. The role involves cross-functional coordination, project scheduling, budget control, vendor and contractor management, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
🎓 Qualification & Experience:
- Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or relevant field preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in solar project management, preferably in utility-scale or commercial rooftop solar projects.
🛠Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of solar power projects – from site survey, design, procurement, installation to commissioning.
- Oversee and coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure project timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, track budgets, and ensure timely completion with optimal resource utilization.
- Work closely with design teams and apply hands-on knowledge of solar design tools, AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, etc.
- Foster effective communication with internal stakeholders, clients, and government bodies to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Train, mentor, and monitor the project team with a focus on safety protocols, sustainability practices, and technical standards.
- Support expansion of green energy footprint through efficient delivery and execution of high-impact solar projects.

- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, Excel, and project reporting tools
