Assistant Electrician Trainer – QP Code CON/Q0602 (NSQF Level 3) – Must be TOT‑Certified by Sector Skill Council

Muzaffarpur, Bihar — Interview Mode: Online
Educational Qualifications & Certification Requirements
- TOT certification for “Assistant Electrician – CON/Q0602 v2.0 or v4.0”, with a minimum score of 70 %–80 % in each NOS and overall (per SSC guidelines)
- TOT certification for “Trainer (VET & Skills) MEP/Q2601”, with minimum 80 % in each NOS and overall
Education & Industry Experience (per NSQF Trainer Prerequisites)
One of the following combinations is acceptable:
- B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience in electrical domain
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering with at least 4 years of relevant experience
- ITI (Electrical trade) or 12th pass plus a minimum of 5 years practical / supervisory experience in construction electrical works (assistant electrician roles)
Training experience: No prior formal training experience required as a pre‑requisite, but prior experience in training or assessment in the same domain is valued
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Counselling
- Engage with applicants to explain the Assistant Electrician job role, NSQF Level 3 expectations, course modules, and potential career paths.

- Training Delivery
- Deliver classroom and practical sessions following the official Module Curriculum for CON/Q0602, covering all NOS:
- Hand & power tool usage
- Temporary lighting installation
- LV wiring assistance
- Distribution board assembly/maintenance
- Teamwork & planning
- Safety & workplace hygiene
- Hand & power tool usage
- Deliver classroom and practical sessions following the official Module Curriculum for CON/Q0602, covering all NOS:
- Attendance Monitoring
- Track daily attendance and enforce minimum participation requirements; escalate issues as needed.

- Daily MIS Reporting
- Submit daily reports on trainee progress, attendance, performance, and any issues through MIS systems.

- Conduct ongoing assessments to gauge trainee understanding and identify areas needing remedial support.

- Prepare trainees for SSC assessments, including theory and practical components, mock tests, documentation, and logistics.
