As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing clothing, accessories, and footwear. You will collaborate with other designers, product developers, and marketing teams to create collections that align with current trends and the brand's aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research & Inspiration: Stay updated on fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and techniques to create innovative designs. Attend fashion shows and trade fairs as needed.

2. Design Development: Create original designs through sketches, CAD, and prototypes. Develop technical specifications for garments.

3. Collection Management: Plan and execute seasonal collections, including mood boards, color palettes, and fabric selections.

4. Quality Control: Oversee the fitting process and make necessary adjustments to ensure high-quality standards. 

5. Market Analysis: Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to inform future designs and collections.

6. Presentation: Prepare presentations for stakeholders, showcasing new designs and collection concepts.

7. Brand Representation: Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
