Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in expanding business footprints, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, strategic business acumen, and strong networking skills to position Adecco India – West as a preferred workforce solution provider in the region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities in the staffing and HR solutions sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for market expansion across the Gujarat region.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries and sectors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, recruitment, compliance) to deliver customized client solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  • Generate leads through innovative channels (digital, networking, referrals, events).
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, business reports, and growth projections to management.
