📝 Job Summary:

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the security team, ensuring the protection of personnel, property, and assets. The role involves supervising guards, implementing security protocols, handling incidents, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, disciplined, and experienced in both personnel management and security operations.

🔐 Key Responsibilities:

• 👮‍♂️ Supervise the security team, ensuring duties are performed according to company protocols.
• 🔍 Conduct regular inspections and audits of the premises to assess and improve security effectiveness.
• 🛡️ Develop, update, and enforce security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
• 📅 Manage duty rosters and ensure optimal shift coverage at all times.
• 📣 Conduct team briefings on shift changes, incident response, and security concerns.
• 🚨 Respond to and manage all security-related incidents, alarms, or emergencies.
• 🧾 Review daily reports and incident logs submitted by guards; verify, investigate, and escalate as needed.
• 🎥 Monitor the functionality of security systems (CCTV, alarms, access controls) and coordinate maintenance when necessary.
• 👨‍🏫 Train and onboard new security personnel in policies, patrol techniques, emergency drills, and customer interaction.
• 🤝 Liaise with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency services during incidents.
• 📊 Prepare and submit detailed reports on security performance, incidents, risks, and recommendations.
• 📈 Monitor guard performance, address inefficiencies, and take corrective or disciplinary action when appropriate.
• 📞 Be on-call for emergency situations or last-minute staffing needs.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a security supervisory role or equivalent
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of security operations and emergency procedures
• Proficient in report writing, communication, and basic documentation
• Familiar with security systems like CCTV, alarms, and access control
• Calm under pressure, with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
