📝 Job Summary:

The Security Guard plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. This role involves regular patrolling, monitoring of surveillance systems, responding to incidents and emergencies, and enforcing safety and security protocols.

🔐 Key Responsibilities:

• 🚶‍♂️ Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to monitor and maintain security.
• 📹 Monitor CCTV cameras and other surveillance systems.
• 🚪 Ensure all entry/exit points (doors, gates, windows) are properly secured.
• 📋 Enforce company policies and security procedures on site.
• 🚨 Respond swiftly to alarms and emergency calls, including fire or medical incidents.
• 📞 Report suspicious activities, security breaches, vandalism, or theft to supervisors or law enforcement.
• 🚗 Assist in managing traffic flow and parking, and ensure order during large gatherings or events.
• 🧾 Maintain detailed and accurate daily activity reports, incident logs, and visitor records.
• 🙋‍♂️ Welcome and assist visitors, guide them to correct locations, and manage visitor entry logs.
• 🧯 Conduct routine security checks of critical areas, equipment, and assets.
• ⚠️ Follow and enforce all health, fire, and safety protocols in line with emergency procedures.
• 👷 Ensure all personnel on-site comply with safety and security regulations.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th or 12th pass
• Previous experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred
• Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods
• Basic knowledge of security operations and emergency response procedures
• Ability to remain calm and act quickly during emergencies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CCTV and access control systems is an advantage
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
