We are hiring Apprentice/Trainees for the Assembly Line Operator role. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in manufacturing with a blend of technical exposure and soft skills training. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and support functions on the mobile phone assembly line
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality check protocols
- Assist in assembly, inspection, and packaging of electronic components
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety on the shop floor
- Cooperate with team leads and quality supervisors for smooth production
- Exhibit a balance of technical knowledge and soft skills in teamwork, punctuality, and responsibility
- Participate in continuous learning programs (e.g., BVOC/DVOC) if interested in further studies
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma (any stream)
- No prior experience required – Freshers welcome
💰 Stipend & Benefits:
- Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000/-
- Attendance Award: ₹750/- per month
- Overtime (OT): ₹61 per hour
- Free Canteen: Includes Lunch/Dinner and 2-time snacks
- Accommodation / Transportation (if applicable): [To be mentioned if provided]
â±ï¸ Work Schedule:
- Rotational shifts: 7 Days Day Shift + 7 Days Night Shift
- 9 Hours per shift (including break)
- Overtime available based on production demand
