📠Job Summary:
We are looking for a physically fit and reliable Helper to support our field operations related to electricity meter and cable installations. The Helper will assist technicians, manage materials, update basic app data, and contribute to seamless installation and maintenance activities.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians in installation of electricity meters and cables
- Support loading and unloading of meters, cables, and other necessary materials
- Aid in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and consumer indexing activities
- Update installation details in the mobile application, including meter replacement notes
- Coordinate and cooperate with the GMR field team as required
- Perform any other ground-level tasks assigned during field operations
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum qualification: 10th pass
- Experience: 0–1 year, preferably in electricity-related work (freshers may apply)
- Basic understanding of field support and electrical assistance work preferred
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
- CTC: ₹13,000/- per month
- Travel Allowance: ₹1,500/month (if own vehicle is used)
- Mobile Bill Allowance: ₹300/month
- Performance Incentives (Monthly):
- 151–170 meters installed: ₹1,500
- 171–180 meters installed: ₹2,500
- 181–200 meters installed: ₹3,500
- More than 200 meters: ₹3,500 + ₹250 for every additional meter
- 151–170 meters installed: ₹1,500
