Position: Housekeeping Attendant
Location: Raigad (Maharashtra)
Department: Hospitality
🎯 Role Objective:
To ensure overall hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness of the assigned areas by following standard procedures, maintaining high safety standards, and ensuring a positive and healthy environment.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- 🧼 Clean and maintain all designated areas as per schedule
- ðŸ—‘ï¸ Collect and dispose of garbage in a safe and hygienic manner
- 🧽 Perform cleaning and sanitization of work areas including common spaces, restrooms, and pantry
- 🔄 Refill consumables (toilet paper, soap, hand sanitizer, air freshener, etc.) regularly
- 🧴 Use the correct cleaning chemicals and equipment for different surfaces and purposes
- 🕒 Ensure cleaning duties are completed on time and as per assigned frequency
- 🚶 Conduct routine rounds of assigned areas to identify and address cleanliness issues
- 🚨 Respond promptly to urgent cleaning requests or spillage calls
- 😷 Always wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as per safety guidelines
- 🧑🔧 Maintain compliance with all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols
- ðŸ§â™‚ï¸ Be well-groomed and maintain a presentable appearance throughout the shift
- 💬 Report maintenance issues, damages, or supply shortages to the supervisor
- 📋 Follow shift duties, task sheets, and supervisor instructions diligently
🧾 Required Skills and Attributes:
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with safe handling of chemicals and waste
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Attention to detail and hygiene
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
- Respectful and polite attitude
🎓 Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 8th or 10th pass (preferred)
- Prior experience in housekeeping (1 year preferred; freshers may apply)
- Training in HSE or housekeeping practices will be an added advantage
