🏭 Job Description: Production Supervisor

🎯 Role Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Production Supervisor to manage and oversee the day-to-day production activities on the shop floor. The ideal candidate will ensure that production goals are met efficiently, safely, and with the highest quality standards.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and coordinate daily production operations, ensuring production targets and timelines are met.
2. Ensure product quality by monitoring processes and maintaining quality control standards.
3. Supervise, guide, and train production staff, encouraging a culture of teamwork and accountability.
4. Enforce safety protocols and ensure all staff adhere to workplace safety regulations and company policies.
5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely availability of raw materials and tools required for production.
6. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency and reduce material wastage.
7. Maintain accurate production reports, including daily output, downtime, staff attendance, and performance metrics.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or relevant field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or furniture production environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Sound knowledge of production planning, shop floor control, and material management.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
