Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated ITI candidates (Fitter / Electrician / EM / Turner or any trade) to join our team as Trainee Operators. This is a hands-on role that provides technical training and real-time exposure to operations such as injection moulding machine handling, product inspection, PCB soldering, and electrical maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Injection Moulding Operations:

• Operate and monitor injection moulding machines based on production schedules.
• Perform setup and adjustment of machines as per standard operating procedures.
• Conduct visual and measurement-based inspections of produced parts to ensure quality and specifications.
• Record production data and report deviations or machine issues to the supervisor.

Quality and Safety:

• Ensure all safety standards and company safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and ensure proper handling of tools and materials.
• Participate in safety drills and training sessions as required.

Electronics & Electrical Support:

• Assist in soldering tasks and PCB assembly work under the guidance of senior staff.
• Support basic electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks at the plant level.
• Handle wiring, connection checks, and simple fault identification in electrical setups.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: ITI in any trade (Fitter, Electrician, EM, Turner, etc.)
• Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of work experience are welcome.
• Skills Required:
  • Basic understanding of machine operations
  • Willingness to work on electrical and electronic tasks
  • Ability to read instructions and follow standard procedures
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with the team

Working Conditions:

• Factory-based role involving shift work (day/night rotation if required)
• May involve standing for long hours and working around machines
