The IT Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to enhance employees' technical skills across various software and systems. This role involves assessing training needs, creating engaging instructional materials, and facilitating workshops and one-on-one sessions. The IT Trainer will evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide ongoing support to ensure staff can effectively utilize technology in their roles.

1. Training Development: Design, develop, and update training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and instructional videos.

4. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to employees after training sessions.
