📝 Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Steward to join our hospitality team. The steward will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, supporting chefs and kitchen staff, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen items promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness of floors, storage areas, and garbage disposal areas.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff in basic food preparation and setup.
• Collect and dispose of kitchen waste safely and hygienically.
• Restock supplies like napkins, cutlery, cleaning products, etc.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor.

• May involve working during weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
• Physical work including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
• Hot, humid, or busy kitchen environments
