Position Name – Project Coordinator
Brief about the position
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to coordinate and oversee our organization’s Mobilization, Training and Placement operations. The role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization pertaining to Training. The specific duty is to Implement Training and Placement at ground level.
JD:
Coordination (MTP)
- Tie Up with ITIs
- Mobilization & Counselling of Candidates
- Preparation of Batch and Execution
- Ensure all materials are available for training sessions
- Maintain training records/placement record
- Correct Data Entry in Zoho
- Placement & Tracking of Candidates
Qualification
Graduate/Post Graduate with 2 Years Experience in Mobilization/Placement

Executive/Deputy Manager (Salary 2.5 L to 3.5 Lacs)

This highlighted a clear disconnect between academia and industry needs, with students from poor backgrounds being taught irrelevant skills, leading to their exploitation. This experience inspired the team to venture into vocational education and launch FGSPL in 2013.
