The Trainer for Light Motor Vehicle Drivers is responsible for providing high-quality training to individuals seeking to obtain or improve their driving skills for light motor vehicles. The trainer will develop and implement effective training programs, assess trainees' progress, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and traffic laws.

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Training Development:
   • Create and update training materials and programs tailored to various skill levels.
   • Incorporate best practices and innovative techniques to enhance learning experiences.
2. Conducting Training Sessions:
   • Deliver theoretical and practical driving lessons in a classroom and on the road.
   • Use simulators and other training aids to enhance understanding of vehicle operation and safety.
3. Assessment and Evaluation:
   • Evaluate trainees’ driving skills and knowledge through practical tests and written examinations.
   • Provide constructive feedback and create individualized improvement plans.
4. Safety and Compliance:
   • Ensure all training activities comply with local traffic laws and safety regulations.
   • Promote safe driving practices and educate trainees on vehicle maintena  nce.
