We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes and systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing production efficiency, ensuring product quality, and reducing manufacturing costs, while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Develop, evaluate, and improve production methods including tooling, machinery, and workflow.
• Design and implement cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability, and throughput.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and maintenance.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Conduct time studies, work measurement, and line balancing to enhance productivity.
• Support new product launches and coordinate engineering changes on the production floor.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare manufacturing documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.
