We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment at client sites or service centers. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal functionality of systems and deliver high-quality technical support while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and commission equipment or machinery at client locations.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs as needed.
• Diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to customers or end-users.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation of work performed.
• Coordinate with internal teams for parts, upgrades, or escalations.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company protocols.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and product updates.

Education Level : High School Diploma or Equivalent
