We are hiring Telecallers to manage outbound and inbound calls for sales, customer service, or support activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries or promote services over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers to promote products, services, or follow up on inquiries.

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer questions or complaints.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and customer interactions.

• Meet daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals.

• Follow communication scripts and company policies.

• Update customer details in the system as needed.

• Transfer calls to the appropriate department when required.

• Stay informed about products/services to answer questions confidently.
