The Mobilizer is responsible for engaging and organizing community members to participate in projects and initiatives aimed at fostering social change and community development. This role involves building strong relationships with local stakeholders, promoting awareness of programs, and facilitating workshops to empower individuals and groups. The Mobilizer will play a key role in gathering feedback, monitoring participation, and ensuring that community needs are addressed effectively. Through effective communication and outreach, the Mobilizer will help drive project success and promote sustainable outcomes within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Community engagement: Mobilizers work to build relationships with communities and encourage participation in activities. They may also create platforms to help            youth learn about professional opportunities.

2. Planning and budgeting: Mobilizers may develop plans, budgets, and calendars.

3. Monitoring and reporting: Mobilizers may track progress, identify barriers, and report issues.

4. Training: Mobilizers may help people enroll in training programs and provide information on courses and career opportunities.

5. Community mobilization: Mobilizers may conduct field activities and workshops, and meet with project beneficiaries
