We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain CNC machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC equipment, the ability to read technical drawings, and a commitment to producing high-quality components within tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.

• Load raw materials and ensure machines run smoothly throughout the production cycle.

• Perform tool changes and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.

• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality.

• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.

• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure proper operation.

• Record production data, including quantities, quality checks, and equipment performance.

• Work closely with engineers and supervisors to resolve any production issues.

• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
