We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, promoting products or services, and maintaining client satisfaction by providing excellent support and information.
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products/services.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Maintain customer records by updating information in the CRM/database.
Follow up on leads and close sales when possible.
Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and escalate when necessary.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and performance metrics.
Provide product/service information accurately and efficiently.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations as required.
Stay informed about the company's products, services, and policies.
