The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services, answer questions, and handle customer queries effectively. You must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
• Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide information.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tele caller, telemarketer, or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in [Languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, Bengali.
