The Field Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, promoting company products or services, and maintaining customer relationships within a defined geographic area. This role involves on-ground sales activities, customer visits, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential and existing customers to present and promote products/services.
• Identify sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Deliver product samples, presentations, and demonstrations as needed.
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment, delivery, and service.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
