We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support while driving sales of our products. You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting products, processing transactions, and maintaining an inviting sales environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Develop Training Programs:

Design and implement comprehensive training programs focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

2. Conduct Training Sessions:

Facilitate engaging group training workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions for counter sales executives.

3. Create Training Materials:

Develop training manuals, presentations, and digital resources to support learning objectives.

4. Assess Training Needs:

Identify gaps in skills and knowledge through performance evaluations, feedback, and observations.

5. Evaluate Training Effectiveness:

Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
