We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Multi-Skill Technician Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for our technicians in the consumer durables industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical skills, excellent teaching abilities, and a passion for enhancing workforce competencies.

   Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Training Materials: Create and maintain comprehensive training resources, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on training kits tailored for consumer durables.

2. Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate training workshops for new hires and ongoing skill enhancement sessions for current technicians, covering areas such as appliance repair, troubleshooting, and customer service.

3. Assess Skills: Evaluate trainees’ skills through practical assessments and tests, providing constructive feedback to ensure competency in various technical areas.

4. Stay Current: Remain updated on the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in the consumer durables field to ensure training is relevant and effective.

5. Document Progress: Maintain records of training participation, assessments, and outcomes for reporting and improvement purposes.

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

Technical Education : Diploma/Experience

Certificate : TOT Certified in Multi Skill Technician - Consumer Durables
