Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Training Programs: Create and update training materials and programs that cover various aspects of security protocols, emergency response, and customer service.
2. Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate both classroom and hands-on training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for current security staff.
3. Assess Skills: Evaluate the performance of security guards through assessments and practical exercises, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
4. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices in security and safety.
