We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. The Sewing Machine Operator is responsible for operating sewing machines to assemble garments, textiles, or other fabric-based products according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a steady hand, and the ability to meet production targets without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate various types of sewing machines (e.g., single-needle, double-needle, sergers, overlock, bar-tack).

Read and interpret work orders, patterns, or blueprints to determine sewing requirements.

Assemble, hem, stitch, reinforce, or decorate articles using needles and thread.

Monitor machine operation to detect problems such as defective stitching, breaks in thread, or machine malfunctions.

Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines, such as cleaning and oiling.

Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
