The Guest Service Associate (Front Office) serves as the first point of contact for guests at a hotel, resort, or similar establishment. They are responsible for creating a welcoming experience, assisting with check-in/check-out procedures, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction during their stay.
Location - Bhojpur, Buxar.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide prompt, courteous service.
Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately.
Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards at all times.
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : N/A
Certificate : TOT certified in Guest Service Associate (Front Office)
Industrial Certificate : Experience
