The 5G Active Network Installation Technician is responsible for the installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of active 5G network equipment at customer and network sites. This role involves working closely with engineering, RF teams, and operations to ensure successful deployment and integration of 5G technology.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Install, integrate, and commission 5G active radio and transmission equipment (e.g., RAN, AAUs, small cells, routers, switches).

2) Perform cabling, grounding, and power-up activities in compliance with industry and safety standards.

3) Execute configuration scripts and integrate 5G nodes with the core network and OSS platforms.

4) Conduct site acceptance tests (SAT) and validate system performance.

5) Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software installation issues.

6) Update site documentation, including installation reports, configuration checklists, and inventory logs.

Technical Education : NA

Certificate : TOT certified in Technician 5G Active Network Installation

Industrial Certificate : Experience
