The Duty Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across departments during assigned shifts. They act as the senior representative on duty, handling customer issues, staff management, and operational concerns to maintain high standards of service and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Oversee all aspects of operations during the assigned shift.
2) Ensure that customer service is consistently high, resolving complaints and issues promptly.
3) Supervise and support all staff on duty, ensuring they are performing their roles efficiently.
4) Conduct regular floor walks to monitor operational standards, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
5) Handle emergencies, incidents, and accidents following company policies and procedures.
6) Ensure compliance with health and safety, security, and company policies.
