Key Roles and Responsibilities:
In a hotel, a steward's responsibilities center around maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, while also supporting the kitchen and food & beverage teams in their daily operations. This includes washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, and disposing of waste according to established procedures. Stewards also assist with table setting, clearing tables, and stocking essential supplies.
