We are seeking a motivated Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET) to join our team. As a DET, you will undergo structured training and hands-on exposure in different departments, learning technical skills and gaining practical knowledge essential for a successful engineering career within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Assist in the day-to-day operations of [Production/Quality/Maintenance/R&D] department.
2) Learn and perform tasks under the guidance of senior engineers.
3) Understand technical drawings, specifications, and operational procedures.
4) Support project teams in planning, design, testing, and implementation activities.
5) Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance activities.
6) Ensure adherence to company safety, quality, and operational standards.
7) Document technical processes and generate reports as required.
