Job Title : Chinese Chef Job Location- Prayagraj Required Qualification - 10th or diploma in hotel management or related field Salary - 2 - 2.5 INR L.P.A. Exp : 2 - 6 Years     Only male candidates required job description preparing and cooking a variety of authentic Chinese dishes to high standards Prepare and cook: A wide array of Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, steamed dishes, soups, noodles, dim sum, and more. Recipe adherence: Follow recipes meticulously and ensure consistent quality and flavor. Food presentation: Determine how food should be presented, and create attractive displays. Food safety: Ensure compliance with food handling and sanitation standards. Kitchen hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Inventory management: Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies. Menu development: Contribute to menu development, potentially creating new dishes or modifying existing ones. Staff training: Train and supervise kitchen staff, including delegating tasks and ensuring proper food handling techniques. Leadership: May be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, particularly in higher-level chef positions.
