We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Baking Technician/Operative to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation, baking, and packaging of baked goods while ensuring the highest quality standards, hygiene, and safety protocols are followed throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Operate mixing, baking, and packaging equipment according to standard operating procedures.
2) Prepare doughs and batters following company recipes and production plans.
3) Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure products are baked to specification.
4) Inspect ingredients and finished products to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards.
5) Clean and sanitize equipment, work surfaces, and baking areas as required.
6) Record production data and complete necessary paperwork.
7) Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the workplace.
8) Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.
Education Qualification
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : N/A
Certificate : TOT Certified in Baking Technician/Operative.
Industrial Certificate : Experience
