We are seeking a skilled and reliable Baking Technician/Operative to join our bakery production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing baked goods in accordance with company standards and food safety regulations. This role involves working with industrial baking equipment and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Operate and monitor industrial bakery machinery (mixers, ovens, proofers, etc.).

2) Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.

3) Bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other products to specified standards.

4) Ensure consistent product quality and appearance.

5) Monitor baking times and temperatures, making adjustments as needed.

6) Follow hygiene, health, and safety guidelines at all times.

7) Maintain a clean and organized work area.

8) Assist with packing, labeling, and storage of finished products.

9) Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production targets.
