We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Centre. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of all departments, lead and motivate staff, manage budgets, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
2) Lead, supervise, and support centre staff to maintain a high-performance culture.
3) Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards.
4) Monitor and manage the centre’s budget, expenses, and resource allocation.
5) Ensure compliance with health and safety, legal, and company standards.
6) Maintain excellent customer service and handle escalated customer issues professionally.
7) Develop and implement strategies to increase centre usage, engagement, and revenue.
8) Prepare reports on performance, finances, and goals for senior management.
9) Manage recruitment, training, and performance appraisals of centre staff.
