Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store in Chennai.
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all shoppers.
- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, including ordering and receiving inventory.
- Implement strategies to increase store sales and meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure store efficiency and cleanliness.
- Ability to handle staff grievances and control attrition.
- Responsible for shrinkage control and managing optimum stock level for the store.
Education Qualification
Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : Diploma
Certificate : TOT Certified in Retail Store Manager.
