We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers at the sales counter, providing product information, handling transactions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2) Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
3) Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and availability.
4) Process sales transactions through the POS system efficiently.
5) Maintain stock levels at the counter and ensure product displays are clean and organized.
6) Handle customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
7) Coordinate with the inventory team for stock management.
8) Prepare daily sales reports and update customer records.

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree

Certificate : TOT Certified in Counter Sales Exective.
