We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
2) Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
3) Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
4) Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
5) Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
6) Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
5) Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
7) Conduct follow-ups to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
