We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar PV Installer (Suryamitra) to join our renewable energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. Candidates who have completed the Suryamitra Skill Development Program are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Install rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
2) Perform site assessments to determine installation needs and feasibility.
3) Mount and secure solar modules, panels, and support structures.
4) Connect PV panels to the electrical system using inverters, wiring, and other components.
5) Conduct testing and commissioning of installed systems.
6) Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and local electrical codes.
7) Educate customers on system operation and basic troubleshooting.

Education Level : Bachelor's Degree
Technical Education : N/A
Certificate : TOT Certified in Solar PV Installer (Suryamitra).
Industrial Certificate : N/A
