Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure smooth implementation of activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring staff performance, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining records, and ensuring quality standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance, performance records, and MIS reports.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with management, clients, partners, and field teams.
• Support training, onboarding, and mentoring of staff members.
• Conduct regular inspections, field visits, and performance reviews.
• Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates.
• Ensure workplace safety, discipline, and compliance requirements are met.
