Job Summary

Shri Chand Shilp Shala is seeking a GDA ToT Certified Trainer to deliver high-quality theoretical and practical training to candidates enrolled in the General Duty Assistant program. The trainer will be responsible for classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, trainee assessment, mentoring, and maintaining training records.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training for General Duty Assistant (GDA) candidates.
• Conduct demonstrations on patient care, hygiene, infection prevention and control, bedside assistance, mobility support, and basic healthcare procedures.
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, practical exercises, and assessment activities.
• Conduct regular tests, practical assessments, and evaluations of trainee performance.
• Provide individual guidance, mentoring, and feedback to trainees.
• Maintain attendance, assessment records, trainee progress reports, and other training documentation.
