Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Dresser (Medical) – TOT Certified Trainer to deliver theoretical and practical training in medical dressing, wound care, infection prevention, first aid, and basic patient-care procedures. The trainer will be responsible for demonstrations, hands-on practice, trainee assessment, and maintaining training documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and practical training on medical dressing and basic patient-care procedures.
• Demonstrate wound dressing, bandaging, infection-control and hygiene techniques.
• Train candidates in first aid, patient safety and basic healthcare practices.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations and supervise trainees during practical sessions.
• Assess trainee knowledge, skills and practical competency through tests and demonstrations.
• Provide feedback and guidance to trainees to improve their practical skills.
• Maintain attendance, assessment records, training reports and other documentation.
• Follow prescribed healthcare training curriculum, SOPs and competency standards.
