The Field Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) systems and inverters at client locations. The technician ensures that all systems are functioning optimally, providing reliable power backup solutions for customers. This role requires technical expertise, hands-on skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Installation & Commissioning:
- Install and commission UPS systems and inverters at customer sites according to specifications.
- Provide training to customers on UPS and inverter operation, maintenance, and safety procedures
2) Maintenance & Repairs:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with UPS systems and inverters, including electrical and software-related problems.
- Repair or replace faulty parts as needed, ensuring minimal downtime for customers.
3) Customer Service & Support:
- Offer technical advice and recommend upgrades or replacement of systems when required.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, ensuring satisfaction with services provided.
4) Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools during installations and repairs

Certificate : TOT Certified in Field Technician - UPS and Inverter.
