An Assistant Beauty Therapist provides essential support to the beauty therapy team by assisting in various beauty treatments and maintaining a welcoming, clean, and professional salon or spa environment. This role offers opportunities to learn and grow in the beauty industry, offering a range of beauty services under supervision while gaining hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Beauty Treatments Assistance:

1) Assist in providing facial treatments, body treatments, waxing, and manicure/pedicure services.

2) Help prepare clients for treatments by assisting with undressing, draping, and positioning them for therapy.

2) Client Care & Communication:

1) Greet clients upon arrival, offer refreshments, and guide them through the treatment menu.

2) Answer questions about treatments, products, and services under the direction of senior therapists.

3) Salon Maintenance:

1) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, including treatment rooms, reception, and common areas.

2) Sterilize and disinfect tools and equipment as per salon protocols.

3) Ensure beauty supplies are stocked and organize the inventory of products and equipment.

Learning & Development:

1) Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of beauty treatments and industry trends.

2) Assist senior therapists during complex treatments to develop hands-on experience and confidence.
