The Field Technician for Air Conditioning is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Technicians will work independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation of Air Conditioning Systems:

• Install new air conditioning units and associated ductwork according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Ensure systems are properly calibrated and operational before leaving the job site.

2. Maintenance and Repair:

• Perform routine maintenance on air conditioning systems, including cleaning, servicing, and inspecting components.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems, including electrical and mechanical issues.

3. Customer Service:

• Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs, system performance, and maintenance recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

4. Safety Compliance:

• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while performing installations and repairs.
• Ensure the work area is clean and safe after job completion.
