The Food & Beverage Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. This role includes serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, and assisting with various tasks within the food and beverage department.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and provide recommendations on menu items. Ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

2. Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Handle special requests and dietary restrictions with care.

3. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist with setup and breakdown of dining events.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively to address guest needs and concerns.

5. Food safety: Adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

6.Food and beverage service: Serving food and drinks, and ensuring they are served according to standards.
