Job Overview:
Sandhya Marines Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sorting and Packing Executive to join our team. This role involves overseeing the sorting, grading, and packing of prawns, ensuring high-quality standards and timely execution of operations in line with food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort prawns based on size, quality, and weight for packaging.
- Ensure proper cleaning and handling of prawns in line with safety standards.
- Pack prawns in appropriate containers, following company and industry packaging guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment at all times.
- Label packages accurately and ensure correct storage or transportation.
- Coordinate with the quality control team to monitor the quality of packed products.
- Operate machinery used in the sorting and packing process, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Record daily production data and report to supervisors.
- Assist in inventory management and raw material checks.
